On 2 September 2020 the Forum asked the CRTC to add seven paragraphs to FRPC’s 20 February 2020 intervention, describing the notifications CBC broadcast from 3 January 2020 to 18 February 2020 explaining the CRTC hearing to consider CBC’s fall 2019 applications and setting out the CRTC intervention deadline.
On 14 September 2020 the CBC wrote the CRTC to oppose the Forum’s request, and on 17 September 2020 FRPC answered CBC’s reply.
