The Forum submitted a procedural request to the CRTC on 4 August 2020 concerning CBC’s applications to renew its licences and to maintain the exemptions of its unlicensed broadcasting services.
The CRTC then invited CBC to reply to the request, and it did so on 17 August 2020.
After receiving the CBC’s reply – in which it argued that the Forum’s procedural request should have been submitted by the most recent intervention deadline and since it missed the deadline, could be disregarded – the Forum filed its answer to the CBC’s reply with the CRTC, also on 17 Aug/20.
